"When we arrived at 4 pm we were told there were no rooms ready and we would have to put our name and phone number on a waiting list and they would call when it’s ready. At 6:30 we went back to the hotel after not receiving a phone call and then we were able to get our room. The paper with the names on it was still laying on the desk with only a few names checked off. The poor lady at the front desk was trying but it was too much for her to handle. We were told that they were severely short staffed on people to clean the rooms. The other thing that happened is the system to program the room keys was not working so they had to go let everyone in there rooms. The people that were on staff were trying but it was too much for them to handle. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence here but until they get the staffing fixed you may want to look at other hotels. "

"It is a lovely well maintained property. The front desk personnel were very pleasant & the location is superior. This will be our new go to hotel when visiting Sandy Springs."

"The hotel has potential. However, the rooms and hallways appear worn and outdated. Overall cleanliness could be improved in those areas as well. There is no television in the bedroom of the one bedroom suite. Just one television in the living room area. The bathtub appears to be peeling, and if it’s been painted over multiple times rather than replaced. The lobby is the cleanest, most updated part of the hotel very welcoming and well maintained in comparison to the rest of the property. Staff was pleasant, but renovations and better upkeep would make the stay more pleasant. "

"The hotel staff lack of communication amongst each other almost ruined my trip. I paid for a very late check out and they kept harassing me asking when I will be checking out. Knocking on my door twice and at one point coming in unprovoked after not hearing a timely response. (I got up in less than a minute.) Stains were left on sheets, pillows, my bed was dirty. We complained they never came to clean it. If you have your do not disturb sign on your door, expect to be disturbed by the staff who doesn't communicate."

"The staff were really great especially Darlene at the bar, she made amazing drinks and provided useful tips for getting around. Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own."

"Beautiful property. We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was cloudy water in the first room, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us to another room without any hassle. We really appreciated how promptly they resolved the problem and would definitely stay here again."
