"We were there for 3 days. One of the main reasons we picked it was so my son could play in the pool… The pool was closed almost the entire time of our stay. We tried to order room service, the phone wouldn’t work.. went down stairs to pick up food at the restaurant and they closed early.. we tried to use the microwave but it sounded like it was going to blow up. Tried taking a shower the first night & had very little warm water.. it was majority cold. Spoke to a guy in the elevator and he said he switched rooms 6 times & still no hot water. I enjoyed the space in the room, but that’s about it :( "

"I will never book through Expedia again . You guys never sent my itinerary over to them even after calling 3 separate times and being put on hold for 30 minutes each time . So i had to make a whole new reservation . Completely unacceptable . You guys are terrible"
