"Wonderful shuttle service to/from airport. Food for dinner in the onsite restaurant was barely edible but the service was great and the alcohol generously poured. Breakfast was complimentary and much appreciated Overall I will be back!"

"Clean room, location was perfect for TD Garden. For the price, they should include breakfast at least, given you have to pay another $60 for parking. A little expensive for what it is, but location is great. "

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was warm, lots of choices but coffee was terrible. My room had everything to make coffee but was missing the coffee pods. There is a cafe in the lobby to purchase other drinks and breakfast items. I think the parking is valet only, after circling the block looking for the parking lot I just used the valet service which was great but obviously comes at a price. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay again."

"Front desk with terrible service. Bathtub had some hairs, and the front desk did not want to either send someone to clean it, or give us cleaning supplies. The reasons it was late in the night and no personnel available for cleaning. The man in the front desk was so rude, and combative he took it personal and did not even apologize. website says they have breakfast included, but it is not the case"

"Cons: The underside of the dining table was disgustingly sticky. Theres a few holes/dents in the walls and cracks in the shower. The freezer in the mini fridge was dirty. The walls are thin, you can hear stomping from above. It is more of a motel than a hotel. Pros: the staff was nice for check-in and checkout. Theres a microwave, a decently sized bathroom, we could park immediately in front of the room, so it was easy to move things. "

"This hotel was everything and more. So convenient to a lot of things including the tram station which was a 5 min walk. The staff were absolutely WONDERFUL! Brandon was especially was so kind and helpful. If I ever go back to Boston, I will definitely be staying here again."
