Khách sạn Ballylumford

"I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

"Very helpful staff. Bar food excellent. Great location."

"Such a wonderful local gem! Excellent value for money, the room was impeccably clean, modern, and super cozy. Carol was a fantastic host who couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!"

"Outstanding house, so micely decorated, felt very at home, but with a view to die for."

"This Inn is undergoing renovation and has only in the last couple of months re-opened. They have concentrated on the public areas, the bar, reception etc. Unfortunately the guest rooms are unfinished and the corridors to them are in a building site state. They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. Shower was hot and good, however it was impossible to lock them in a usable position. Fittings had...

"Very nice comfortable rooms"

"Perfection! My husband and I have traveled for 30 years and this was the NICEST place we ever stayed. Beautiful people...there were two gala events while we were there so we enjoyed drinks in the lounge looking at all the gowns and tuxes. Grounds are immaculate with gorgeous sculptures. The spa benefit comes with check-in and it is pure relaxation with a pool, hot tub, dry sauna and wet sauna. Additional services are available for purchase from massage to dermabrasion. If you want true luxury...

"Well located right on the waterfront parking was easy and available spaces right outside. Room was clean and well appointed and breakfast was good."

"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the...

"The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!"

"Convenient to Belfast international airport however our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours so we couldn’t really get to enjoy the whole hotel. Having to leave early next morning also meant we couldn’t enjoy our stay this time but we’ll stay again in the near future as it is a really pleasant spot to stay."

"Amazing room and lovely view the perfect dog friendly staycation."
