"It was a good stay"

"Most of the front desk staff were not welcoming. The room had a leaky faucet that dripped making a loud noise that kept us up at night, phone did not work, one side of the room didn’t have power and the toilet had little to no pressure. We were never offered another room when we presented these issues to the front desk. The blankets were paper thin and whenever we requested an additional one they took it back when housekeeping. The pool and beach area was decent, but you had to pick up and drop...

"Perfect spot for the family. Great little community, lots around to do. Host was great and accommodating. 10/10 would return. Comfortably slept our 6 plus one baby!"

"This is terrible "

"Everything was great. Issues were we stayed for a while and didn’t get new towels, how to request TP if it was needed and how to get more garbage bags. People could see us showering from the steps up to the other room. Heard a few comments and laughter during shower time which made me aware we can be seen and confirmed you can still see. Also quiet time does not matter. Lot of screaming past 10pm. Almost to midnight of screaming from the pool. "

"The property was under renovation when we went but we enjoyed our stay and preferred it as opposed to staying at some cheap disappointing and uncomfortable airbnb properties. The staff was friendly and helpful, pool was nice and the area was nice. We will be back. "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"The room was not clean nor well maintained. Specifically, the bathroom light had months of dust and grime, chipped paint, pencil marks on the wall. "

"The price was good. The room was clean and A/C worked well. We chose to stay both before and after our cruise and both rooms were very comfortable. On return, we had requested a 1st floor room for ease and it was greatly appreciated when this was provided. We would recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise since it's so close to the port and theire is tons of shopping/dinig options available. "

"Helpful staff and great location "

"AVOID!!! On arrival after flying all day we arrived at 4:00 pm which is room check in time. We noticed the check in line was moving very slowly and there were a lot of people standing with their luggage in the lobby. Once we got to the front of the line we were also notified like the other customers that our room was not ready. They suggested we set in the lobby and wait for a little while and they would call us when the room was good. We sat for an hour and a half before we approached the check...

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"This was the worst hotel we have ever encountered through Expedia. Unsafe stairs both to get to the room and within the room. We never saw a staff person anywhere. I'd call it a dump."

"The rooms weren’t super clean - the sheets had some hairs on it and I couldn’t tell if they were reused or just not properly cleaned. There was also hair on the ground. And our closet door was broken. The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas. The rooms are very small with just beds but the bathroom was so nice The overall stay was good for what we needed which was a bed with a quiet space (except for the frogs - they are loud all night). the rooms lead...
