"I had a great time in the Mt. Vernon Inn, the staff was great and helpful with my luggage since there is not elevator but the style of the Inn is so nice and historic,. I really like it and the area which I found out is an historical area of Baltimore."

"Room was not clean. Curtain was hanging off. A lot of people standing outside and people walking in off the street. The man at the front desk told me to not go past the gate after midnight. He said it gets bad on the street in front of the motel."

"This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!"

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dakoda was amazing and not only checked us in a little early but enthusiastically told me about the neighborhood and gave recommendations on sightseeing. "The pool is GROSS I mean literally skin scum and hair weave floating all over. Looks like people just use it as their neighborhood pool because a lot of folks just walked right in and got in. It was loud overcrowded and filthy"

"Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. "The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"
