"Check in was a breeze, parking was easy and convenient. Room was fabulous overlooking the marina and included a roomy balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh."

"The location is excellent with a sizeable parking garage. rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms could use some bleach but that's not what hotels typically use. Some of the staff was outstanding. Some of the staff had English issues to a fault. When a very helpful gentleman takes four trips to get our coffee, orange juice, and water right, that's not good. The breakfast buffet is very good and a value. The pool is popular and could be bigger."

"The property is nice. The day we checked in a kid had thrown up in the pool and so it was closed. The levels were checked and reopened the pool but then there was still throw up on the side of the pool. Just gross. Enough splash and the throw up would have been right back in. Breakfast was okay. Waffle was delicious. No biscuits/toast/gravy/regular eggs Bar area just smelled wet."

We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for trash bags. We ended up putting the bagged trash in the hallway because no one would ever come in. "Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to check in around 5:08 PM, I was informed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel and that the Double Queen Suite I had reserved was no longer available. "My family and I had our first beach vacation at the gulf shores Alabama. We had an amazing experience as we got the nicest view from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and understandable for our children that have a special needs. They had a rule to not bring breakfast food to any rooms but since our children have sensory issues in a crowd and beeping sound from waffle maker and microwaves, they gave us exceptions. "Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool.
