"This is an excellent hotel in every way. The past stay was my third time there in the past month and I have booked again when I go through Bangkok in a week from now. The staff are fantastic, the rooms spotless and pool / fitness facilities great! There is an hourly shuttle from/to BKK and has always been on time."

"The hotel is in need of major updates. The cleaning of the bathroom is not acceptable. The mini fridge doesn't get cold. There is no microwave in the rooms. The wifi only works in the lobby. All the walls needs to be painted. I had to get a room change because mold was on the shower ceiling and wall. The toilets are not cleaned with bleach. "Hotel is new, very clean, albeit a bit sterile, being painted white everywhere, but it is nice and clean and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. At the airport at 1 AM we did not want to wait an hour for the shuttle so we took a Grab taxi. But returning to the airport on their free shuttle next morning was smooth and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again when transiting BKK."

"One of the worst stays of our 3 month trip across Asia. The staff were nice, and dinner at the restaurant was good. If we were staying for longer than 10 hours between flights I would have moved hotels. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke all night, there were baby ants crawling all over the walls, there is 0 sound proofing between rooms so we could hear the people next door having a conversation at full volume, the bed side plugs had pieces broken off in them so they weren’t usable. "This was a very clean hotel and the staff was great. We opted in to do the breakfast buffet and it was definitely not worth it. The variety was none same breakfast every morning and I definitely do not consider it as buffet style at all."
