"Room was large and clean. Clean linens and soft towels. A fan was already provided since it was very warm in Oxford during our visit. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Great location for walking to Cowley Rd for meals."

"We stayed in the Jade Room, and it was so spacious! My daughter and I had more than enough room to feel comfortable and have our own space. The room included a closet, a makeup table, and tea and coffee, which I especially appreciated in the morning. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to many of the main areas we all come to visit in Oxford, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, and a Tesco not too far away. We were about a 15 minute walk to the train station, though...

"Lovely stay thanks to wonderful staff, though not as quiet or restful as I would have liked. Location is convenient for Oxford Brookes University and bus stops with routes into Oxford Centre. On arrival, I found out breakfast is served between 8 and 10, so I would miss breakfast on the two mornings of my course, as I had to leave at 7:30 on Saturday and 7:45 on Sunday. For Saturday there was nothing to be done, but for Sunday the incredibly lovely and attentive staff made me an early packed...

"I never stayed in a B&B before and this one was old-fashionly cute. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In the breakfast room you have a choice of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit which you get yourself and toast, eggs, coffee, tea which is served to you. This is a straight drive to the main tourist areas of Oxford. The bus is right outside but we drove. There’s a fridge and coffee, tea in the room also. We stayed two nights in August 2025. "

"Good stay! Ben who hosts the property was in touch from the morning and was easily contactable. Only negative would be that you can hear someone walking upstairs but this wasn’t a big problem to me. "
