"We were greeted in a delightful way by Amalina who helped resolve an early mis-communicatiin. Throughout our stay Amalina and Nazifa were so helpful and friendly, over and above the call of duty. Our transport arrangements and trips were co-ordinated efficiently by Ziman who again was quite delightful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious We loved the pool and its surroundings."

They’ll send you an online link to fill in, and you’ll need to provide your flight number and estimated arrival time. As a Hong Kong passport holder, I entered Brunei without a visa. "Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."

"Slightly below expectation of hotel comfort."

"This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area"
