"The quality of the room was poor, window that didn't open and close properly, toilet that wasn't fixed on floor properly, poor access to phone charging receptacles. Would not stay there again."

"Decent stay overall, but the hotel’s refund policy is extremely inflexible. When my plans changed, they refused any modification or refund despite advance notice. Would recommend only if you’re certain your schedule won’t change."

"Construction right outside our room that started at 8am, room 220 is right next to the evelator. The noice was horrible if your trying to sleep. No discount due to the construction. I was told its not related. I asked about the parking and also told the construction was not related. The breakfast is in a room in the parking garage. Dont like amelling that before eating or right after. "

"An older hotel, but it compares well to all the shiny, new ones in Banff too. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, underground parking included, and nestled right next to the water and mountains."
