"The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travellers."
"Moi j’adore cet endroit à chaque année premièrement la place est bien placée c’est Centrale et pour se rendre à la montagne le système de transport et très bien organisé. Les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel est très gentil la place est belle et voilà je pense que j’ai tout dit, et je vous conseille fortement cette place pour y demeurer pour lui relaxer et pour passer de bonnes vacances. C’est vraiment un excellent choix."
"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there can be some noise at times and you may find yourself walking through construction areas. We really appreciated that the hotel called us prior to our arrival to let us know about the ongoing work and took the time to answer any questions we had. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished renovations!

"Beautifully maintained hotel, the floral baskets and the colours of the flower beds outside were particularly welcoming. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We really loved our room , we were given an upgrade so we had a balcony which was really nice. Extremely comfortable bed."
"Good location. Day tours can pick you up right out front, and you get a bus pass to use that gets you downtown or to the skylift for each day you stay. Didn’t eat there, but did have drinks at the bar, good to unwind with your traveler partner, but it’s small and not a “destination” bar like some downtown. Staff was great and helpful, room was really nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat"
"Hotel was good! But for the price the rooms could have been nicer and more upgraded. It was a little tired and needs to be refreshed. The e bikes were awesome!!! Super convenient and plenty available. Staff was amazing! Views were fabulous! But you can hear the highway below. But view was well worth the slight noise. Overall good hotel. We enjoyed our stay!"
