Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! "The location shared on Expedia was incorrect. the property is literally half a KM away from the location shown and had to face challenges reaching out to Homelike number as there was no response for good 2 hours. resulting in being stranded in the middle of the road for long time. Also, the pictures vs the actual room condition, there is a huge difference. "
