Decent and clean room. Had to ask for cleaning staff to clean the room myself everyday as they don’t seem to come even when you press the right button. No utensils in the room, no room service at night. A lot of noisy PRC groups on the floor. Fortunately the room is quite well isolated. Had to beg reception to get an hour of late checkout, she kept insisting I need to become a member or pay a half night. For one hour… Overall average experience

Well appointed rooms. Clean. Prompt service. Did not get her name but the lady in charge of breakfast is the absolute best in making one feel welcomed. Convenient location as well. The only very slight downer is that the pool bar leaves much to be desired.

Great hotel!
Have stayed in many Bangkok hotels. This is the best. Quiet, good pool area. Location is fantastic. Best bet- find the easy way to the BTS through the lobby. Breakfast was excellent.

I stay in the twin rooms with 2 single beds, everything is nice. Only the bed is 3 feet width, it is the best to have 3.5 feet. It is a little bit disappointing that no green tea tea bag serving in the bar.

酒店很好，跟旁邊的JAL相比，性價比稍低但房間配套較大和較好，例如浴室較舒服。但床鋪，電視等則與JAL相同。若需要較好的浴室，可選擇Nikko, 否則JAL都夠。

One of the best hotels in Bangkok
Nikko Hotel Bangkok is one the best hotels in city. The service is impeccable from check-in to check-out. It's a 4.5-star hotel but, in my opinion, deserves a 5-star rating. It's a well-managed hotel in one of the best areas of Bangkok.
