Leider fällt mir nichts wirklich Positives ein, außer dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Das Hotel scheint sich darauf auszuruhen, dass dort einmal "Hangover" gedreht wurde und es 2019 einen Award erhalten hat. Jedoch sind die Einrichtungen inzwischen veraltet. Es gab nicht einmal einen Smart-TV, um sich beispielsweise bei Netflix einzuloggen, und die wenigen TV-Sender waren von schlechter Qualität. Wir hatten angeblich Zugang zum Tower Club, doch in die Rooftop Lounge konnte jeder Gast, unabhängig von der Zimmerkategorie, gegen eine Gebühr gehen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war monoton, da es eigentlich jeden Tag dasselbe Angebot gab, mit maximal zwei variierenden Gerichten. Ich persönlich würde das Hotel maximal für zwei Nächte empfehlen. Für einen Cocktail 1100 Baht zu verlangen, was etwa 30 € entspricht, ist schon heftig, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass man in Dubai für einen vergleichbaren Ausblick nur 20 € zahlt. Die Fliesen im Bad waren teilweise kaputt und insgesamt ist die gesamte Ausstattung veraltet und müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! Room was superb, views were amazing, and we loved the complimentary dessert and beer. Would definitely come back under different circumstances- 10/10!!

This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located.

The room isn't soundproof. It was too noisy to sleep. I could hear evey single words from next room in the hotel. It was making me nut.

Large room, room was a little dated. Short walk to the river or the train but otherwise no issues. Worth staying once if you are travelling to Bangkok, recommended upgrading to the Club Rooms for free access to the roof and Club Facilities.

The people in the front desk on Reception were very helpful but the Sirocco restaurant service was not that pleasant, it was pretty windy up there , our French fries flew and tot all ver the table and the server did not picked them up into the end, also server was a little rude. The food was good but Service not.

Lebua was great & I highly recommend staying here. It’s an upscale hotel that we found incredibly affordable. The staff were all very polite, hospitable & professional. Location of the hotel is ideal, you’re close to a lot of the main attractions in Bangkok. The breakfast was really nice as well. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in BKK

We stayed at Lebua in April 2024 for about 1 week. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. First of all we appreciated our free upgrade to a very spacious suite that included a kitchenette. Every morning we looked forward to having the breakfast buffet that was included with our stay. The options at the buffet was extensive and international in the type of foods offered. Some of my favorites were the freshly made crisp dosas, the miso and noodle soups, the salads and fresh seasonal local fruit. It was also a very convenient location, being close to convenient shopping at a nearby mall, to local street food vendors, and the Sathorn Pier where one can catch the ferry to the most impressive Icon Siam. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Lebua at State Tower. We were also impressed by the warmth and courtesy of the staff and with the beautiful welcome fruit tray we received upon our arrival.

This was my second stay here. The rooms are large - they are proper efficiencies. The gym is well equipped. What I didn’t like this time - 2 different night we tried to go to the skybar and both nights we were directed to their other 2 bars. If I didn’t know better, I would have stayed there not realizing I didn’t see the most famous part of the hotel. Be prepared for the prices at the skybar. I’ve traveled globally for many years and yet have never seen a bar that has the audacity to charge over $70 usd for a Bellini?!?!?!?! Additionally - the microwave in my room was absolutely disgusting - never cleaned from the prior guest. There were hairballs from others on the floor in my room.

I booked this hotel to move to at the end of a work trip for my personal time and was excited by both the location as well as the hotel amenities. Overall, I'll say my stay was just okay. When I first arrived, the initial staff member that helped check me in seemed a bit rude and despite the fact that I paid in full ahead of my arrival, requested a $300 refundable deposit which I had to take from an ATM as I did not have a travel credit card on hand. I was fully refunded at the end of my stay, but the whole process seemed a bit strange. It would have been great to know about this in advance. I also felt a bit judged, as I had been walking around the city in a matching linen set until check-in and was immediately informed about the dress code, making me feel like I wasn't passing the test...which is a little absurd given that I was dressed casually but appropriate for Thailand in April. My room was really spacious, but honestly like a lot of other reviews have mentioned, the fixtures were really dated. There were scuff marks on the floor from other guests' suitcases, harder to reach areas in the bathroom weren't as clean as they could have been. I will also note that the bed was not comfortable at all. Really needs an upgrade. I also booked this hotel for the sky bar to treat myself and honestly I was really disappointed. Atmosphere was off, drink was just okay and they had a completely different menu than online, and it was EXPENSIVE as hell. Probably wouldn't book again.

We had an amazing stay at Lebua. Our suite had stunning views, service was wonderful. Highly recommend either Chef’s Table Orr Mezzaluna for a fantastic dining experience.

Ms. Eek upgraded our room to 58th floor and Ms. Oum were very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. Ms. Oum (hotel guess relations officer) surprised us with chef homemade chocolate and macarons set for our Songkran Thai New Year upon our arrival. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. All staffs were super friendly and top service skills. Loved the services, amazing breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons in the dining area. We chose to sat inside this time due to prior pigeons experience outdoor. Also we stayed in the Suite 2 bedrooms on the 58th floor. I would say the laundry and dryer machines needed upgrades. Those were the couple things I would say improvement. Other than that I will always visit Lebua as our Bangkok hotel visit as our priority as well as vip guess.
