"Staff are very good and helpful In general very good stay."

"Great staff"

"The bed and room was exceptionally nice. King size bed. plently of room to move around with the square footage avaliable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had alittle bit of eveything. Very well displayed. The gym was of special intrest to me but the pictures did not do it justice. had a smith machine, cable machine, and a full array of dumbells"

"This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure."

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"Told me I had to pay for food items I didnt take. I just took it out of the tip I had left for the housekeepers. Sad"

"Great location, staff, friendly, helpful, and check you in quickly"

Complaint number two. The bathroom floor was flooding from the shower we were walking in the lake the problem with the hotels in the Philippines you cannot request your money back. They just give you...

"From the first time arriving at the hotel, i was impressed by every member of staff who were extremely helpful and friendly..from reception to the coffee shop security and cleaners. Everyone had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly. I have stayed in many hotel around the world and this one rates among the very best. It is a credit to the management and owners.
