Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah...."

One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours."

I believe it requires inspection by the appropriate housing or health authorities in Austin due to serious maintenance and sanitation concerns. Upon arrival, I observed roaches and a cracked toilet, among other issues that negatively impacted the habitability of the unit. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.
