"It was an average facility."

"Well the room wasn't very clean, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, also the pull out bed was horrible!! Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah...."

"This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

"The staff were consummate professionals- on top of their game and without pretension. The property was the same- clean and modern, while simultaneously warm and inviting. A chic version of an Austin oasis on a campus of oaks in the heart of South Austin. The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. "After some initial issues with cockroaches in our room we were promptly relocated to a new room on an upper floor by the helpful staff. Internet also suffered some problems due to heavy rain, but that resolved, still found it relatively slow for remote business work though fine for e-mails. Free breakfast was good with nice variety and enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles, location was good for our needs but was a little put off by being charged nightly parking fee given there was plenty of...

"Unfortunately I forgot my pair of boots in the room after checkout. There is no doubt I were left them in the room. Checked out Sunday, called Monday and asked if any boots were found. At that time no one had reported turning in the boots, nor were they in lost and found. I was told I would get a call of they were located. I fairly certain they will not get returned, and am disappointed as I did like the hotel, and it seemed like a nice place. For this reason I will not return to this hotel, and...

"The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours."

When checking out I brought it up and the lady avoided my concern by asking do you want your receipt. Elevator smelled so bad including the hallways like paint and chemicals. Not going there again for what I was charged."
