"We were on second floor overlooking front entrance, street level shops and vendors, with large quaint lanterns outside our window. I would stay there again but next time I would ask for an upper floor with more of a neighborhood view than what 2nd floor provided. I think there are 9 or 10 floors."

The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of the Old Quarter’s restaurants, cafés, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They assisted us with transportation arrangements and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated after spending time outdoors in Hanoi’s summer weather. The breakfast offered a nice selection of both Vietnamese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. We especially appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. Every request was handled promptly, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Overall, La Nueva Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers excellent value, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter."
