"Nice staff"

"Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.."

"Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times."

"Ottimo Hotel"

"Amazing spot! Much better than the pictures. Amazing food, quiet and relaxing place."

"Personal sumamente atento y servicial. Habitación excelente y hermoso lugar"

"Room was much smaller than expected as they include a 100 sq plus outdoor patio in the room size measurement"

"Camera molto pulita complimenti. Bagno bello e dimensioni adeguate, colazione buona, parcheggio in stada."

"Very clean, well organized hotel. Very good breakfast. The only weaker point was that some of the staff were not very useful when it came to recommending things to do in the area."

"The location of this property is excellent for walking to the old part of town. Also, the staff is very good and provide excellent service!"

"Personale molto disponibile.

"The location was super easy to find and the property owner very helpful and available. Air-conditioning was great, and the cleanliness overall was above average. There were small details in the kitchen that we shared with the owner, who was very receptive to amending. We would definitely return. For the Giostra della Quintana, it is perfect - only a block away and a short walk to the historical center piazzas. The vibe and quality was spot on. 4.5/5 stars"
