Had to ask online when there was no plug in the bath or sink so couldn’t wash up properly or have a bath and got told that “it isn’t usual” in...

"It is not an Aparthotel, like in the description. There is no housekeeping and getting in for the first time is a disaster (others reported the same). Even though they had my contact from Expedia, they only sent me the details to get in after I had to call them (multiple times) with expensive roaming. The apartment is run-down and on the most ugly balcony I ever saw we had the AC-outlets of all five floors. Good we didn’t came in summer!"
