"We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. "We had a last-minute emergency at our beach house on Memorial Day weekend. We were in a panic because we didn’t know where we would stay and a beach Cove resort was able to get us in even on a busy weekend. It turned out to be an amazing stay And we will definitely be returning in the future! We had a great time at the pool and the beach access was so easy. "

"Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed. "

"Overall it was fine a couple things they could do to improve. The chairs in the living room were quite stained also the grass was never cut so you couldn't really enjoy the grilling area. it would be nice if the left instructions for the tv remotes. One last thing the pool and the gym shown in the pics does not exist."

"property looked clean on initial arrival, but soon noticed cockroaches on the stairs and upstairs bedroom. no brooms or vaccum on site to clean daily. minimal towels in bathrooms, no beach towels. communication with property contact was terrible. no one responded to multiple requests and messages. expedia customer service occassionally responded with texts, but not helpful at all!!"
