"The hotel and lobby and people in generall were fine. The shower head was at the level of my chin and I’m 5’4 jus fyi. Also the WiFi doesn’t work so I couldn’t stream on my iPad and the Tvs don’t have streaming apps. I did call them to tell them it wasn’t working and they said they would send somebody up to the tower to check on it. But it still never worked. My REAL problem though is they claim they have shuttles to take you to the hotel but it took over 30 min to get one. It was late and I was cranky. Additionally the shuttle wasn’t even labeled crown plaza it said townhome suits so I don’t even know to get on it until The driver said it was for crown plaza. I was so mad because it was so late and I was really tired. When I first called to tell them I needed to shuttle they said it was already there and it would wait for me, but when I got to zone two where it claimed to be, it wasn’t. So I called and it was still more than 20 minutes after that until the shuttle for a different hotel came and picked me up. If They had told me they didn’t have a shuttle or that their shuttle wasn’t working or whatever I would’ve just called an Uber. Or, they could have called me they knew who I was and that I was waiting. Libby was pretty though. "

"Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Beds were pretty comfy. And pool and hot tub were running and clean. Staff was nice. "

"Nice place, but the attention to the little things were lacking, especially for associated costs. Ad reads free wi-fi, to find out only in the lobby. Really? Shower leaked and forgot to tell us give us a card to enable us to leave the parking garage, we had to go back in; no answer when pushed button on gate system. "

"There was someone else’s dried toothpaste on the bathroom counter, the floor was dirty. The lady (unfortunately working by herself) in the lobby Starbucks was overwhelmed - ended up grabbing a coffee from the front instead. "

"I really liked the place but the room temperature is not really in the control of the guest anymore. It was 72 in the room and we turned it down and by morning it was 73 in the room and it was only 65 out for the high temperature. I am a hot sleeper and hate it being hot. The rest of the place was wonderful including the all you can eat breakfast in the resturaunt. "
