"Called for shuttle at airport. Front desk said they would at #7. 30 min later I called front desk back then they said shuttle was closed. I told her I called 30 min ago. Then she told me to go to #3 Then we check in and our tv does not work. I go to call the front desk and the phone is not connected to anything. No wires?! Took the phone to front desk. She said there was no one there to help with tv at 1015. We moved rooms. Couch was plastic. So gross. Next morning I came down to get coffee...

"Our room was very clean and the furnishings were fine. I did not find the bed or the pillows comfortable - to me the bed felt like cardboard and the pillows were too soft. My husband thought the bed was okay. He did not like that there was no top sheet -just the blanket. The cover for the heating-cooling unit was missing. We both slept okay.
