"They offer shuttle service from the airport but the driver just had such a terrible attitude. It took me 40 mins to get on the ride when it only takes 5mins to get to the hotel. He drove passed my 4 times, knowing he had a customer to pick up. And after I finally got on the shuttle he was very rude and blame me for having him come back multiple times. To me it’s a waste of 40mins and a terrible way to arrive. The management should really train their staff to be friendly and trying to help their...

"This was a great hotel for JFK layover. They have a prompt airport shuttle and had good food and drink options available late at night and in the morning. They have a clientele made of pilots and airline staff so very accommodating. Staff was wonderful. Beds comfy and rooms were quiet!"

"Many broken furnitures, door to the bathroom is unnecessarily too heavy and handle came broken when we entered, as well as the shower handle was easily broken and got off with the slightest pull, the shower door is also too heavy and dangerous with no door cushions it could easily breaks in the future, the entrance to our room also has no door stopper so the wall was very dented and will break in the future, overall it was poorly designed and built."

"Ken at the front desk is absolutely outstanding very helpful very pleasant very friendly. I didn’t have a fridge in my room and I’m diabetic. I needed to put my insulin and my drinks and within Minutes he arranged a fridge for me. The room is very clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. I highly recommend this hotel"
