"Hotel itself was nice and clean. But the location is a bit odd. The free shuttle service in the evening is a joke. No one answers the front desk. Finally when someone answered, he immediately put us on hold and kept us waiting for the next 15 mins. I had to hang up finally. After many retries someone finally answered and said he was sending the shuttle and it will be there in the station in 5 mins. No shuttle came even after waiting for 30 mins. Called the front desk again. He then apologised ...

"We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel! "
