"The room was pretty nice for a motel. It was pretty awkward coming to check in late at night during a storm and the night auditor was too busy having a cup of coffee with a guest in the breakfast area flirting. Would have probably been a smoother check in process if he focused on his job rather than mingling with potential love interest."

The only thing I would say is that the kir rig coffee machine, it was difficult to understand instead of having, like we do at home, fill up the reservoir. The reservoir comes partially filled up. "As a newly built/renovated hotel, everything was clean and in good working condition. Outside the hotel is a bit sketchy and smelly. The hotel is very conveniently situated a corner away from the Jamaica train station. The JFK/Jamaica Air Train and the LIRR pass through the Jamaica station, which makes it extremely easy to get into Manhattan and back to the airport."

"Front desk staff were really friendly and patient. Room was immaculately clean and really spacious. Free shuttle was excellent, would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast is from 6 but they had coffee and some fruit out from 4:30 so we could grab some before our 5 am shuttle!"
