"The bed and shower were amazing. Super quiet. Some items were dirty such as the remotes, hairdryer and tables but all else was great. Would stay here again. Parking was difficult and tight but Ly staff made it work. "

"I stayed at this hotel for about 2 hours and had to leave because of how dirty it was. The towels had visible stains on them, and even worse, the bed had stains too, which made it completely unusable. The heat didn’t work at all, and with it being around 26 degrees outside, the room was freezing and uncomfortable. The bathroom walls did not look clean at all, and overall the place just felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—just don’t go, it’s bad."

"The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. They actually charge a "resort" fee for the very things that any hotel includes in the price of the room, i.e. gym, pool, etc they actually said it included local and domestic calls....it's a lovely property and location but it is not a resort nor should they be able to charge an extra fee. No better or worse than a normal hotel. "

"Property is convenient to JFK, but that’s about it. Very limited food options, with delivery or uber being the only ones. They advertised a bar for drinks with snacks, there is a bar but it’s empty, no staff, no drinks, just an empty wall. Snacks available are mostly chips and sodas. Room was comfy and clean but the A/C was useless. "
