I was in the bed and there was a cockroach run in to my arm. I requested change of bedroom but I never received a sorry from the hotel. Also I feel is too expensive for what it offers.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.
