"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am."

Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! "The staff was very helpful and they let us check in early due to a wedding that we needed to attend. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking and the breakfast was not free. The one night stay was $450.00 with tax, so paying for parking and no complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. I would probably not stay here again."
