"I was happy I checked and saw that the reception closes at 10pm and asked for late check in help. They sent detailed instructions that were great. We did encounter a young Chinese man who was panicking when he got there because he apparently did not know about the 10pm closing. It would be good if they reached out to people to let them know. We were able to help him so it worked out but otherwise he was on the street with no idea of what to do. The room was good, spare, but clean. Great...

"Need a coffee station at the room. Upstairs did not have anymore cups 😒 Expedia said I were to get a bottle of wine complimentary, did not happen. However the location is on point 10 out of 10"

"The A/C barely kept us cool! It should have been put over the beds, not in entry way. The pillows need to be thrown away! Like pancakes! The pull out couch/bed needs to be thrown out. I barely slept a wink with being hot and uncomfortable all night! Great location, however, but upgrades please!!!! The pull out couch is from the 70’s I swear! The building is beautiful, but needs serious upgrades. ty. "

"Location was great for exploring the city. Staff was amazing. We dropped our bags before checkin time and when we came back they had them in the room for us (no elevator). The breakfast was very good."

"We thought the place was good. The only difficultly was it located in a "party" part of Lisbon, and it was very loud on the streets until 3:00-4:00 a.m. We were there during the season of the World Cup Soccer Tournament, so that undoubtedly added to the street noise. Other than this, the place was great a good value."

"Adorable room in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Some of the furniture was in need of TLC and someone kept leaving the main door open all night but otherwise no issues. Front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful."
