"Our room was with a queen size bed while we asked for two seperate beds, they have changed it to a better room with two seperate beds in the next day, but it was very hard communication with the office staff because it was just by email, I saw the office staff just once in 5 days staying there in their time schedule.
Cleaning staff were nice and helpful as much as possible.
The bathroom lock was broken and wasn't closable!
Following the price rate, it was a fair inn in total."

"We really enjoyed this property. The room was very clean and we appreciated the decor. The room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. The hotel had a small seating area at the top of the building which was a nice place to hang out and enjoy a cup of tea. "

"We didn’t feel this place was good value all things considered.
The bathroom is shared by many rooms, only one toilet and it’s quite tight, although we got lucky and it was not very busy when we stayed. Elevator is finicky to operate. Stairs can be completely dark, lights were not working ? Location was good, as was parking, the room was clean. The artificial room fragrance was overwhelming, we had to keep the balcony open to air out the room. "

"This is a great place to stay in central Lisbon, just around the corner from Rossio metro and the Rossio train station, both big advantages.(The train to Sintra leaves from Rossio). It's on the second floor of the street which will help keep prices reasonable.The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the place is clean and our bed was comfortable. The only deficiency was the lack of a reading light in our room. But we'd recommend this small hotel to anyone."

"What a beautiful hidden gem just minutes away from the downtown area of Cascais. The gardens were incredible, and our room was perfect. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Cascais. 10/10 "
