"Stay was very good. It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area. Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et cela a commencé dès le chaleureux accueil que nous a offert le personnel. Le studio qui nous a été attribué était très propre et bien équipé. Au delà de ça, la localisation est idéale : possible de récupérer le métro/et les différents bus à tout moment et à tout endroit. Également plein de supermarchés à proximité, donc nous n’avons manqué de rien. Bref, le séjour était parfait, nous revenons avec des étoiles plein les yeux ! "

"The apartments itself is very comfortable and placed really good with a nice view of Lisbon. The check-in was horrible though, they never sent the correct check-in code by e-mail, luckily some very helpful cleaning people was present and helped with contact to the company. We got the check-in code and used it on the check-monitor in the hall, there you could get the door code sent to your e-mail but this never arrived either, luckily we had taken pictures of the check-in monitor...! "

"The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location, right in the city centre - very handy for the Bairro Alto/Chiado area of the city centre. Customer service from the rental company was friendly and helpful with good detail provided on how to reach and enter the apartment. The only issue would be that we contacted them regarding additional bedding when we arrived and never received any response to this, however managed to make do with what was on the beds...
