I understand these fees are common, but I was under the impression the rate I confirmed included all mandatory charges. Please take serious this observation. It’s not worth the money "

"We arrived during a power outage that affected the building we were staying in. After waiting two hours we requested a room in a building that had power. We reserved an ocean front balcony and moved to beach view no balcony. They told us we would lose the balcony but I did not know they would charge us for a balcony room. Not fair!"
