"The hotel was great and the staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Our only complaint was how far it was from food options. There’s a few close by in a food court setting, but if you want to walk, it is about a mile to anything good. Normally it would be be a problem for me but one member of our party can’t walk that far. So be prepared to uber if you can’t walk! It was a fairly quick car ride to the cruise port! "

"The valet parking was far too expensive.
They shouldn't charge a gratuity at the restaurant, especially since it's a buffet! Why pay a tip when you serve the food yourself?
Regarding the second-floor pool: they rudely forced us to get out, claiming there was a mermaid show taking place. None of the guests present could understand why we were being prevented from enjoying an amenity we had already paid for. At the very least, they should have invited us to watch the show."

"so, I really only had contact with a real person on my 3rd day there, the office was open and i wanted to let them know of a concern. they did check in on me via text on my 1st and 3rd or 4th? housekeeping does not come on a daily basis; no one cleaned the room the entire stay. room needed some repairs and tlc. it was obviously awhile since that happened. do not stay on the lower level you can hear every noise from up above. I was woken up several times of people walking and moving their chairs...

"The worst thing about this hotel was internet cnnection and wifi. I did not need a wifi but when in hotel, it wouldn't let me use my own internet and I had to go to wifi and when going to wifi you either had to pay or watch commercials for free wifi. It was awful and really interferrd with my stay. Very bad experience. I wouldnt go to this hotel again"

"Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool.
The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! The shower also had black algae in the corners. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy.
The ride from the airport was fine. The bus ride to the port was...
