"Breakfast is great, front desk I asked for an extra towel but never received it every day I extended my stay the front desk failed schedule my room to be cleaned, I speak Spanish perfectly so they understand what I tell them"

"The views of the lake were nice from the balcony, breakfast was fine however they double charged me for my stay. I paid Expedia for three nights and the hotel still charged me for three nights.
