Disappointed

"Very nice hotel and clean. Very disappointed that canal boat restaurant is no longer in use which is one of the reasons we booked this stay. Breakfast on 1st morning took about 10mins to replenish empty beans dish. No variation on menu's same every day."

"5 star service, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Food was exceptional too. Hotel itself is starting to look a bit tired though and needs a refit"
