"Super moderne und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten zu viert genug Platz und waren mit fast allem dort ausgestattet. Das Hotel super schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Es war 24/7 jemand an der Rezeption, leider war die Kommutation ungenügend. Mal wurde uns gesagt wir wären im falschen Gebäude, am Abend wurden wir nach wiederholten Klopfen und klingeln nicht von außen geöffnet. Waren aber trotzdem nett und höflich. Die Lage war auch sehr ruhig, wir haben die Umgebung nicht erkundigt aber mit dem Uber war...

"Convenient to airport, safe area, super clean, high tech property. Front desk manager (young lady) is absolutely fabulous person with wonderful knowledge of the surrounding area and hotel. Great experience. If I am back in the same area ever again I would happily stay at the same property. "

"Fiquei com a minha família duas noites, éramos em 5! O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, bem equipado e novinho, possui cozinha com alguns utensílios, 1 máquina de lavar roupa, 2 banheiros o que é bom pois economiza tempo para se arrumar! Sobre limpeza, estava bem ok, principalmente banheiros! Ponto negativo: acabou a água quente muito rápido! Na segunda pessoa tomando banho a água ficou gelada! Isso nos deixou bem triste pois a caldeira é pequena e não suporta 5 banhos seguidos, chegamos...

"Établissement au calme et appartement spacieux. La climatisation est un peu faible mais même avec les grosses chaleurs que nous eu (35°) nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud dans l'appartement situé en rez de jardin. La literie est confortable bien qu'un peu dure pour moi. Les personnes à l'accueil sont professionnelles. Je recommande pour une nuit."

"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. "As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities.
