"Gr eat location. Super clean"

"We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. "Breakfast was really good with variety. Location is with short walking distance of train station."

"A great hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities plus the best steak tartare I’ve had in Basel so far"

"Overall clean nice hotel."

The room met all our needs and had a kettle, safe and small fridge - all very useful for our stay of 8 days. Sadly none of the rooms in our price range had a...

"A member of my party was under the weather by the time we reached Basel. I had contacted them asking to see if we could have an earlier check-in to rest. The staff on duty got us in earlier than scheduled and was utterly sweet. Hats off to you and your team of understanding polyglots. We had booked an upstairs/downstairs room. The novelty wore out quickly, because there was only one sink/bathroom upstairs. Not their fault. We learn. We were also fortunate that when we got in, there was a...
