"I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. "

"Clean, quiet, convenient location."

"We have stayed here multiple times and this was probably the least enjoyable. We stayed a total of two nights and the morning after the first night when the room was cleaned, only the beds were made, and extra towels were placed. The trash was taken out, but no extra trash bags and so we came back to just the trash cans. They did not clean the desk or the tray in the living room where there were crumbs. "The pool was freezing cold but the hotel was nice. "

"The pool was fine, however the day we checked in the bathroom had heavy thick drips of cleaner all over down the door, like somebody sprayed and just left it. We requested someone clean the room again, which they did - but I ended up finishing the job. My rag was filthy so obviously it wasn’t clean. The tub had grime build up in the corners, which I cleaned, and there was dirt build up around the lotion toiletry area. Which I also had to wipe clean, no apology - just a new fancy folded...
