"The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. "Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again. "

"No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone.
