Khách sạn Khu bảo tồn Thiên nhiên Basso Merse

"Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!"

"Property seem reasonable, staff helpful, rooms are little small and dated, bathrooms need renovation."

"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The thermal spa experience is unique in the region and is awsome, especially during the fall season when it is cooler outside. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire...

"Excellent staff"

"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Fantastic accommodations, friendly and helpful staff"

"All Team members @ this Hotel were welcoming, professional & friendly. The Hotel has a restaurant on-site that provides you with a wonderful dining experience. We got upgraded on our arrival which was such a wonderful perk. Thank you to Palazzo Saloni & Montalcino for the wonderful memories!"

"It is a beautiful and well maintained property. The room was outdated but spacious"

"Excelente café da manhã equipe muito atenciosa ótima localização p quem está de carro"

"Giacomo, co-owner of the property, was so kind to give us some basic education and guidance for Siena which helped us navigate and understand the city better. Parking was plentiful and the open view from the property was beautiful. I was fortunate enough to meet a Swedish lady who told me that this was her third stay at the property. Breakfast was wonderful and very local European-style rather than American. You can enjoy indoors or outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary...

"Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!"

"Bem legal o hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso e funcionários excelentes e simpáticos . Perto da cidade. Dá para estacionar nos estacionamentos pagos a poucos minutos de carro. Fácil localização. Voltaremos e recomendamos."

"This is our new favorite place to stay near Montalcino. It is beautiful beyond words, and the rooms are fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and just perfect. We will be back!"

"O estacionamento era no hotel , fora da zona ztl , ajudou bastante . Perto do centrinho , silencioso e é maravilhoso! Simone foi muito gentil nos oferecendo um upgrade no quarto. Todos são muito gentis e atenciosos! Excelente custo benefício para se hospedar em Siena ! Super recomendo!!"

"Buen hotel. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable, hablaba español y me explicó muy bien los servicios del hotel. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Sin duda, regresaré."
