"Had a lovely time here with Lisa and Chris. Very nice owners, accommodating and knowledgeable. Fresh continental breakfast every morning, set us up for the day along with use of a coffee machine. The location is quiet and air conditioning in rooms (which was very much needed) Short walk into the centre (5/10mins) or a nice stroll to the castle (25/40mins pace dependant). Train station roughly 15mins with easy links to Toulouse (40/50mins) or Narbonne (30mins) Plenty of places to eat and drink...

"Owner was helpful, apartment was on the smaller side, but very well located and quite beautiful - grocery store is a few streets away, and the old Cité and the train station are a measly 10 minutes away. AC worked better than expected, which is a major plus considering we were there during heat wave. Strong recommend as long as the limited space is not a problem for you."

"Unkomplizierter und freundlicher check in. Tiefgarage nach vorab Reservierung praktisch und direkt neben dem Hotel. Das saubere Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett und separatem Zweibettzimmer war groß,komfortabel und mit einem modernen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight war die kleine feine Dachterrasse mit gigantischem Blick auf die gesamte Burg. Viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür laden in der Autofreien Zone zum Besuch ein."

"We only stayed for one night before a morning flight from Carcassonne but wish we could have stayed longer! Our hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable without being intrusive. The house looks like something from the pages of a posh interior design magazine. We had a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. Restaurants, supermarkets and the rail station are all a few minutes walk. And our host's baking skills made breakfast an absolute treat - you'll notice the delicious smells wafting...

"I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. I thought the hotel was very clean, which is my number one concern. The decor of the hotel was fun. The hotel itself is well-maintained. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room had an ocean view, which some on-line guests complained about not being able to see the beach, but you do have a view of the water, the tops of some red-tiled houses, and Nice in the distance. "Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage."

"We had a lovely apartment with a separate bathroom. It had a sofa bed table chairs and a kitchen. The breakfast was expensive but very good food at lots of choices. The staff were very friendly."

"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing. The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."
