"Staff was minimal. Seemed like they wanted more with less. Had to request room turnover on 3rd day and response was, “we only have two people so we’ll try.” Only had one elevator during the first day of our stay. The breakfast was basic at best. Only marginally better than a continental. It’s cheap which is the best thing about it. One ice machine for the whole hotel?? Ridiculous."

"Everything was amazing the only suggestion is fixing the pool door after a certain time your key doesn't work on that door so if you don't bring it you'll be locked out or staff will have to reopen it for you . Other than that everything was fantastic"

"I’ll start this by saying people are everything and the staff saved it for me. We booked our room at 9pm for a 3 night stay because we were driving in all night from Texas for the birth of our grandson. When we arrived at 3am the system dumped our only 3 hour reservation, I was mind blown. The staff fixed it and we were able to check in. Everyone that worked over the next few days was kind, welcoming and made it feel cozy despite the building needing work. It’s not neglected it’s just humidity...
