Myös paikallinen nähtävyys, Eastbournen Pier laituri on lähellä. Näkymä hotellihuoneesta merelle oli myös huimaava. Hotellirakennus itsessään on vanha, sitä on kunnostettu, mutta se ei haitannut. "The Lansdowne is an amazing family-run hotel in a great location for exploring the scenic town of Eastbourne. The breakfasts are superb and the traditionally furnished lounge is a tranquil spot to while away some time boosted by the backdrop of sensational sea views. The bar menu offers some nice snacks too.The hotel provides reasonably priced parking permits so you can park opposite the hotel."

"Lovely hotel, room was big and spacious it had a very comfy bed, bathroom had a bath and shower. Great well equipped gym, huge pool, sauna and steamer all included in room rate for you to use at no extra price. Staff were all so polite and friendly. Grounds and golf course were beautiful with fabulous views from the restaurants. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold selections and you had so much to choose from, couldn’t fault anything the eggs were amazing. We also had a meal in their...
