"Amazing!! 10-stars. This is not a “Hotel Stay” this is an experience. Super nice rooms and the staff is so friendly. Food is phenomenal, drinks are phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave honestly lol if you have the opportunity to stay here..do it! "

"I can’t begin to say enough about our short stay here. We came from the USA to visit our son who is attending Queen’s for the semester. From the moment before we checked in, we were welcomed by Mickey and Christine via What’s App. They helped us with parking, left new batteries for our tv remote and fresh towels when we asked, and were always available to help with questions we had. "This was one of the most unique and finest hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were superb and the attention to history in the unique building that has been converted to a hotel was simply amazing. I would go back to Belfast just to experience the hotel again. "
