"Beautiful stay, clean rooms, loved the breakfast and pool. Continently located."

"Excellent location in the city, helpful hotel staff."

"We loved the pool, gardens, our outdoor bathroom, the very good food and the friendliness of staff. A very lovely quiet spot for a few days. The ocean was too rough to swim in and we were warned about the ciral"

"The staff is extremely helpful and friendly."

"Great service"

"This property is perfect for a Romantic stay. Food was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough Not a lot to do around the area so if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with a good book I would recommend The snorkelling straight out the front of the property was disappointing Highly recommend the spa Overall a lovely stay"

"The resort location and all stuff involved in the resort are wonderful."

"The room has a really bad design as people can see into it, so always had to draw curtains whilst in room. Some staff were more helpful than others, asked two members of staff for something in restaurant and both said one minute and didn’t come back. Housekeeping were very good, as well as the porter he was very friendly and kind"

"We stayed in the Buddha Villa which was incrediable! Three bedrooms right on the beach with stunning sunset views of Mt Agung. The pool, deck and sun loungers made relaxing so easy. The bathrooms are huge and so grand. We will be back!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, lovely pool. What made it so special was the staff who went above and beyond, every was personalised for you!"

"This was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and incredible. Food was good. Views were fabulous. The only downside, which is no fault of the hotel at all, was the mosque blaring its call to prayer multiple times a day. Very very disruptive. It would make me question staying again unfortunately."
