"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. "Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. "

"Didn’t even leave car. Was stared down by other guests who opened their doors to watch us as soon as we pulled in. Did not feel safe at all. Left without even going inside. Not worth the $75 to get s** trafficked."

"I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! "

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and a wide variety from cold cereal to make yourself waffles with different additives and cheese omelets with sausage. Perfect stay. "
