"We absolutely loved our stay at Cambridge on Kelly Road! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the bathroom was huge—a wonderful bonus. The property offers great amenities and has a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Atrium Hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The biggest disappointment, however, was the cedar spa. I specifically booked this room because it had a cedar spa, as I had spent the entire day dancing at an event and was really looking forward to a hot soak to ease my sore muscles. Unfortunately, the water only reached a lukewarm temperature, so...

"A bit of a miss for me. The reservation/reception staff and valet parking staff were excellent. I travelled with 8 year old and they engaged her and made her feel important which was great as it was a birthday treat for her. The room a little bit over crowded with big furniture. The bathroom a little disappointed. Had a shower and got out and reached for hand towel to wrap my hair in and their was face foundation over one corner quite badly but the the towel had been folded so you couldn't...

"There was a leak under the basin in the bathroom. We didn’t ask for wheelchair access in the bathroom but we were put in one which wasn’t useful for us as it just wet up all over the bathroom floor and there was not enough towels to dry out. It was late night so we didn’t bother to ring the reception."

"Stayed for one night. Checked in late and left early so didn't use the room much. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Split aircon warmed the room nicely. Beds were comfortable. If you are checking in late make sure to let them know in advance as there is no reception onsite. Good value for money."

"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."
