"Great value, sizeable room and well situated "

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

"This was my third time at the property, first in 2022 some parts clearly hadn’t been cleaned since then. During the first night I needed to change rooms at 3am as there was some constant noise I couldn’t sleep through (I’m assuming it was the pipes?) I didn’t really sleep at all that night so had to argue to get a refund. The place is a good location but isn’t clean and is run down. It’s a shame as the staff are generally helpful and the breakfast is fantastic (especially for a budget place)....

"Staff was very good and helpful, they made me feel as good as they can within their power and was very friendly. Location was ideal and very much central to everything as you can go everywhere within 20 mins of walk. Room was clean and had everything you would expect from a place like this.
