I also truly appreciated the Reservations team for paying close attention to my requests. It’s the little details that make a big difference, and they absolutely delivered.
Throughout my stay, I felt completely safe. The resort’s security team, shout- out to Samir who does an excellent job, which allows me to relax and fully enjoy my solo vacation with complete peace of mind.
The housekeeping staff was exceptional. My room was spotless every single day, and their consistency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I stayed in 1202 A and 806 both amazing units.
Infinity Bay offers one of the most beautiful beachfront experiences I’ve ever had. Between the outstanding service, the warm hospitality, and the breathtaking location, this was a vacation I’ll remember for a long time.
One area that could use improvement is the pool bar, referred as La Palapa Beach Bar & GrillAt times, it felt as though the bartenders would intentionally overlook guests, which was frustrating. Additionally, there were not enough servers to service pool, table and beach areas, leading to longer wait times.
