"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is better than some other hotels in which we have stayed. The room is always clean and is equipped with an armoire for clothes, hangers for winter jackets or backpacks and a bench for placing suitcases or other items to keep them off the floor. "We had a wonderful stay at the pines for my wife's birthday. The staff were courteous, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make the evening special, including chocolates and a birthday card waiting for us in our suite. Churchill's restaurant was amazing, and there also the team went above and beyond. This was not our first time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommend!"
